She was very quick to call me back and even though it was the last day (15th) to enroll,and I'm sure she was very busy, she was very patient and listened carefully to all my concerns. After moving to Charlotte from Michigan, I contacted Blue Cross of North Carolina for information and quotes for a new plan.
