Charity Artieri is a lifelong North Carolina resident who joined Health Plans of NC in 2018 and earned her license in 2019. From Matthews (Union County), she helps individuals and families under 65 find health, dental, vision, and short-term coverage that fits their budget.
Before insurance, Charity spent more than 10 years as a telecommunicator with the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department, where staying calm and getting the details right mattered on every call. Earlier roles as a bank teller and in retail rounded out a career built on customer service.
