If you’re a Blue Cross NC member, you can access your health plan details, claims, and benefits through the Blue Cross NC member portal. Follow the steps below to log in or create a new account.
Visit the Member Portal
Enter Your Login Credentials
Type in your
Username
and
Password
in the appropriate fields.
Click "Log In"
If your credentials are correct, you will be redirected to your member portal dashboard.
Forgot Your Username or Password?
Click
"Forgot Username or Password?"
and follow the prompts to reset your credentials.
If you have never accessed the member portal before, you’ll need to create an account.
Visit the Registration Page
Go to
the Blue Cross NC member portal
and click
"Register Now"
under the login section.
Verify Your Membership
Enter your
Member ID
(found on your Blue Cross NC insurance card).
Provide your
Date of Birth
and
ZIP Code
.
Click
"Next"
to continue.
Create Your Login Credentials
Choose a
Username
and
Password
(must meet security requirements).
Enter a valid
Email Address
and
Phone Number
for account verification.
Set Up Security Questions
Select and answer
three security questions
to help secure your account.
Agree to the Terms & Conditions
Read and accept the
Terms of Use & Privacy Policy

Confirm Your Account
A
verification code
will be sent to your email or phone.
Enter the code to complete your registration.
Log In to the Member Portal
Once your account is created, return to
the Blue Cross NC member portal
and log in with your new credentials.
