Dana Robertson is a lifelong North Carolinian who has helped clients choose health coverage since becoming a licensed agent in 2015. Based in Waxhaw (Union County), she holds North Carolina licenses in Accident & Health, Life, and Medicare Supplement, and completes AHIP Medicare certification every year.
Dana spent 15 years at Bank of America, where she rose to Vice President as an IT and training manager, then taught preschool for a decade before joining Health Plans of NC. Both careers taught her to explain complicated things patiently and clearly. She is a graduate of Appalachian State University.
Her clients are split evenly between Medicare and under-65 coverage. For Medicare, she helps with Blue Cross NC plans available in each client's area. For individuals and families, she is certified with every Marketplace carrier in North Carolina and helps clients claim the premium tax credits they qualify for. Dana earned Elite Marketplace Circle of Champions status every year from 2018 through 2025, and a CMS Special Enrollment Period award in 2021.
