Freda did a fantastic job of finding the right insurance plan for me. My wife and I recently moved from Virginia to North Carolina. Because of our age difference my wife and I have different medical insurance providers. When I went to renew my Medicare Supplement I was told by my Insurance company that they do not provide Insurance in the State of North Carolina. I started looking on my own and quickly became overwhelmed as to which company to use but also what type of plan I would need. I am on Medicare so I needed either a Supplemental Plan or an Advantage Plan, and frankly I did not know the difference. My wife was working with Freda and was very happy with how Freda helped her. When my wife mentioned to Freda my difficulty in finding insurance Freda quickly reached out to me and spent a great deal of time explaining the differences between Supplemental and Advantage then she did research to find the best plan for me. The plan she recommended gives me similar benefits to those I had in Virginia and I am very pleased that it is accepted by most Doctors and Hospitals in North Carolina.
