Biography

Paula Parras Macon has been an authorized Blue Cross NC agent since 2001 and is a member of Blue Cross NC's President's Club. After two decades serving North Carolina clients, she and her husband opened Medicare Health Plans of Texas in 2020. She now works from North Texas and remains licensed and active in North Carolina.

In North Carolina, most of Paula's clients are individuals and families on Blue Cross NC plans, and many rely on her again when they turn 65. She compares Medicare Supplement, Medicare Advantage, and Part D options, along with dental and vision plans. She researches each client's doctors and cost-sharing before recommending a plan.
