How to Register for Blue Connect

If you're a new Blue Cross NC member, here's how to create your Blue Connect account:

Step 1: Go to BlueConnectNC.com and click "Register"

Step 2: Select your plan type (health, dental, or vision)

Step 3: Verify your identity using either:

   • Your member ID card (subscriber ID and two-digit member code)

   • Personal information (if you don't have your card yet)

Step 4: Create your username and password

Step 5: Set up security options (you can use an authenticator app like Microsoft Authenticator or Google Authenticator for extra protection)

Note: If you just purchased your plan, it may take up to 48 hours for your enrollment to be verified before you can register.
